Welcome to the area... The Harcourts Noterom team are available to answer any real estate questions you may have. Our friendly staff are all professional and highly trained and love to talk about their dual passions ….. real estate and service. The Burpengary, Narangba, Kallangur, Morayfield and Caboolture local communities are a unique mix of the suburban and rural lifestyles emerging from their close proximity to the Brisbane CBD (south) and the Sunshine Coast (north). These growth corridor suburbs offer new shopping centres, schools, property developments, upgraded highway, train line (including express to Brisbane CBD and Nambour). All this without losing the good old fashioned values from its farming days including, Christmas street parties, picnic areas, walkways, parks, lakes, greenways. When you move to the area do not forget to pack your children’s bikes, basketballs or roller skates, they will need them to play with the rest of children their age. Step into the welcoming atmosphere where old meets new and find your new home, it will more than likely have a view of the Glasshouse Mountains and if you are one of the lucky few, Moreton Bay …
On April 20th 2012, a group of 40 somewhat crazy but committed people will be walking the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea for the 70th anniversary of the Anzacs in an endeavour to raise money for The Harcourt’s Foundation, with the primary beneficiary being beyondblue, Australia’s national depression initiative.
Ten days in dense jungle, hot, humid, muddy conditions with elevations as high as Mount Kosciosko. No bathrooms, hairdryers, pubs or fancy restaurants and sleeping on thin rubber mats – certainly not what this group is accustomed to on their annual holiday break.
